Hazreth il-Tonsi
Hazreth il-Tonsi is the reclusive and enigmatic Magister Supreme of the Kaza'iri Confederation. Effectively acting as the de facto head of state of the nation of Kaza'ir, il-Tonsi resides on the il-Tonsi Estate in nothwestern New Kaza'ir City.
The political structure of Kaza'ir is nebulous at best, but it is generally accepted that there is a hierarchy to any ziggurat-city, and a hierarchy again among ziggurat-cities, and the il-Tonsi sits at the top of that hierarchy.
Little is known about this mysterious figure. He is rarely seen in public, instead preferring to send slaves or lesser Magisters to do his bidding, both in private and public affairs. Even affairs of state are conducted by his Vizier, Viria il-Jari. Rumor among citizens and slaves of Kaza'ir is that il-Tonsi himself has not been seen in person in nearly a hundred years.
