The Flower Fairy Lands

Unlike most other species on Naiko, Flower Fairies do not have a centralized governing body. Although they form small casual groups of friends and family, they are otherwise solitary people and their interactions tend to be few and far between. Any conflicts are resolved between the parties involved, and flower fairies who need aid will seek out family, friends, or neighbors. Despite this lack of structure, the other kingdoms of Naiko recognize the flower fairies as a de facto kingdom with a claim to land, and respect them as such.
