Planes of Fire

In the negative planar sphere there exist a variety of planes in which primal fire rules. Vast lakes of lava, fire raining from the sky, and immense volcanoes dominate the landscapes of the planes of fire. They tend to be incredibly inhospitable to most mortals, but are the native homes of the efreet, salamanders, and phoenixes.   The planes of fire are commonly in close conjunction with those of the abyss, and the distinction between some of them remains a topic of debate among scholars.
