Castle Hamonnet

This castle is the most well protected part of the city, as it houses the Duke and his family, their servants, the royal court and the royal treasury. Under it is the dungeon where criminals are sent to serve their sentences. The wall surrounding it is tall, with the gate open all day, inviting anyone who wishes to partake in the royal court, or approach the Duke. The servants working there range from butlers and scribes, to the personal bodyguards of the Duke himself. In the bowels of the treasury are extremely expensive artifacts, as well as the gold from taxes levied from the ports and trade taxes.
