Species Legality Charter

This document deals only in sentient or semisentient humanoid species.

Empire Folk:

These species are welcome in the The Empire and do not require any paperwork to remain safe within her borders.

Aasimar, Dragonborn, Dwarves, Elves (recently), Firbolgs, Gnomes, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Halflings, Humani, Tortles, Trollkin.

Illegal Species:

These species are not created of the Empire Gods, or of their enemies. They lie in the middle, and if they have proven themselves to be allies at an individual level, they can live within the Empire with an Empire Permit.

Aaracocra, Bugbears, Deep Gnomes, Githyanki, Githzerai, Goliath, Kenku, Lizardfolk, Shadar-Kai, Tabaxi, Tieflings (often killed or abandoned at birth for religious reasons).

Anathema Species:

These creatures were created by evil gods, Demons and other monstrous entities, or have extensive wars with the Empire, they are to be killed on sight, and will not be allowed in the Empire regardless of paperwork.

Changelings, Duergar, Genasi, Gnolls, Goblins, Hobgoblins, Kobolds, Minotaurs, Orcs, Yuan'ti.
