Ularon, The Emissary of Peace
God Ularon (a.k.a. The Emissary of Peace, The Lord of Acceptance)
The world of Nainoxia is filled with struggle and bloodshed, where ideologies and moralities are tested in the brutal arithmetic of war, and combat. However, there used to be a figure who strived to pursue peace in all its forms. Between the planes, to end the Blood War, between the gods, to end the millennia old conflicts that bound them, and to grant his followers peace of mind and heart.
His tale however, is as tragic as it was short.
His role during the Schism was but a brief footnote, as when the war broke, both sides looked for easy pickings and power, and like hungry wolves, descended on Ularon to take his power and give themselves an edge in the conflict. Ularon never participated in a battle or the war, and his essence was destroyed and scattered in the Astral Sea. The last remnants of his power maintain the shrouds over his monasteries, where his followers practice lives of peace and solitude, shielded from the rest of the world. Arguably a better fate than many who would come to know the horrors of the Cataclysm and the Empire with its crusades.

Of all the dreadful and horrific creatures you could choose, you ask me information about Ularon, the god coward ?In the Golden Age of Magic, his pleas for cooperation and peace were met with disregard, as the gods competed to amass more power and followers than the others. In that arms race environment, Ularon grew his followers slowly, embracing only those fully ready to believe in peace, who arrived there naturally. While healthy and moral, his means were all but effective, and as the cities, armies and champions of the other gods grew, his small temples became more and more remote, and were forgotten by the common folk and paid no attention to by the gods. As tensions between the gods grew, it is unknown if Ularon intentionally did not pick a side, or if he was simply unaware of this due to the lack of interaction with the other gods.Loremaster Vahorn
