Ellarion Starweaver

The magical advisor for The Council of Honour and one of the most trusted friends and assistants to Emperor Honour. 
Ellarion is a good looking half-elf part of The Kae who has a swagger and ostententious style not typically associated with the Kae, reminding many people of Peridotans. 
However, Ellarion has a keen sense of Kae manner and follows The Kae's Honour, notably struggling to communicate with Peregrine due to their laissez-faire attitude towards dreams and dream magic.
The party worked with Ellarion recently and learned some key information about him:

• Ellarion knows the location of the spell known as Allsight but the location is locked behind a modify memory spell that needs to be removed via a key phrase.
• Ellarion is suspected by the party of not really being a mage but, rather, being a VERY convincing and persuasive thief who has been able to furnish a reputation as a magic specialist by stealing scrolls and varied arcane knowledge.
