God the prick, bullies those around them but doesn't have enough of The Kae's Honour to agree with it's tenants and face me in combat, a coward and a hypocrite it seems.

Severn is an earth genasi former member of The Order of the Crossed Bows in Vallea who runs and rules The Drifters  bandit group that operate around Bloomwilt. 
She is a strong and imposing warrior with many scars and a prosthetic left arm who is generally seen as an attractive [Vallean. They moved to Kaechaek after being disgraced from the order of Crossed Bows for running during a fight with a bulette after their regiment captain was killed. 
Severn knew that they would be sent to Grim Hallow for the crime of abandonment and so they instead left and went to Kaechaek where they quickly took over a bandit group and have placed them in the area of Bloomwilt where she offered The Wheel a portion of their earnings in return for protection and security. 
Severn is perceived as a bully by those weaker than her but is regarded as pleasant and kind by those she perceives as a stronger threat. Notably she has been challenged to a dual by The Honour Blades but has (perhaps wisely) refused to engage them despite it making her look dishonourable.
