The leader of the Dream Veil is the individual that discovered the secret to synthesising Dreaming Bark and mobilised the large specialised syndicate known as The Dream Veil. The only facts known about this individual are:

• He is known to wear a pair of dream bark gloves in a purple shade.
• He is known to play the flute
• His 'right hand' is a member of The Unwaking Coven who serves him faithfully.

There is currently a bounty set by Emperor Honour for 10,000gp for the one who can reveal and prove the identity of the leader of the Dream Veil.
