A terrorist organization that terrorized Arcreach from 703 to 704 MA. The organization experimented on the applications of Nebula on living beings and indoctrinating disgruntled citizens to their cause, with the goal of staging an uprising to enact a new rule. The organization was halted by the efforts of former retainers of the Prince of Arcreach.
