The unnamed mechanism looked at the various apparatus surrounding it, then at its creator. He was inspecting it closely, the bags under his eyes betraying his exhaustion. He stood up. It did too.
"The name's Cavernosa" the tired doctor said. "what would you like to be called?"
"Ca- ver- nosa"
"No no, that's my name. That's not how this works. Tell you what, you can be Mechavernosa"
The sergeant major holds its first memories fondly. It has been years since Cavernosa was lost. Many years more since it last met with the doctor. The sound of documents slamming onto its table snaps it back into attention. Its next set of orders have arrived.
