Elkdalian Province

A stretch of land on the souhtern shores of Rayas. Elkdale is the capital city but each town has it's own area of influence and control closer the outskirts of the borders.
The province has a heavy influence on religion and many deities of harvest are worshipped here. All numbers of ceremonies, rights and blessings take part to ensure some of the best crops grown on the continent.
