Firbolg

Firbolgs are creatures tied to the Feywild and also related to giants. They are inherently magical beings although not all of them follow the path of furthering their magical abilities, some prefer to focus on their hand to hand combat skills. Those that do follow the magical paths often study the ways of druids and rangers.
Common skin tones include greys and light blues with pinkish hues being slightly rarer, the texture of their skin is tough and leathery. Their hair is usually colourful or features earthy tones and males will often sport large beards. They are usually strong, muscular creatures towering at an average 7-8ft in height, able to wield large destructive weapons. Firbolgs love nothing more than to enjoy a peaceful time in nature and only resort to fighting as a last resort if their habitat is threatened. They often see themselves as caretakers of forests and other elements of nature.
Most firbolgs are born into and remain in ln established clans, some are outcast for a number of reasons and those usually travel to find new homes or purposes.
