Secret Keeper

You target one willing creature and entrust them with a secret they must never utter to another. The details of the secret are removed from your own mind but you retain the memory of this spell and its target. This information can not be pried from your mind either willingly or unwillingly, protected by strong divination magic.
You can designate a specific individual or group that this information is to be hidden from or it can be a broad designation. If the subject of the secret is a person and/or place then they will be magically hidden from your designated group or individual.
If the target gives up the details of the secret they will take 10d10 necrotic damage.
