Verndari Barracks

The barracks are situated near the city center, offering both housing for the Verndari as well as training grounds and areas for study. A curious aspect of the structure is that nobody seems to actually know where it is specifically located with stories and sightings of guards entering and emerging from doors that appear then vanish a short while later in several locations around the city center.
