Whitecross

A neighborhood close to the Council Chambers where many wealthy members of scoiety live including some Barons, bankers and council workers.
Whitecross is primarily made of white stone and the loose layout resembling a cross gives the location its name. A large grassy area with fountain, trees and hedges sits in the middle of the district.
