Goddess of Blood Bella (a.k.a. the Oathsworn)
New Goddess of Pacts, Honor, and Blood Magic. Depicted with traits of Aasimar, Tieflings, and Vampires, she is the source of all Blood Magic on the plane, as well as the central patron among Warlocks on Respite. She is said to only speak to the Rose Monarchs themselves, offering her guidance and strrength to their decisions, for justice or woe.
Created as a byproduct of the Rose Treaty, Bella represents the promises made by each Clan of the Rose Kingdoms. Promises to protect, to better the lives of their citizens, and to act in manner worthy of being called royalty. When members uphold these oaths, Bella's powers increase. When broken, these powers diminish.
