Patriarch of Clan Morningstar, retired General and former Rose Heir.
Veteran of over 100 battles, Dagan was the epitomy of the perfect soldier. Unanimously nominated for heir by his Clan, he suffered a grievous wound during Sacred Combat that not only cost him the throne, but forced him to retire from active duty. His knee was shattered by a fellow heir, but he continued to fight until he lost consciousness. His left arm was also severed and destroyed. Burning with rage, he built a following within his Clan as a proponent for direct confrontation and refusing to let them be pushed around by other Clans, or even the Rose Monarchs.
He may be an old general, his prime may be well behind him, and he may be down an arm & leg, but there are few still willing to face him in battle.
