God of Wisdom & Truth Honest (a.k.a. The Face of Justice)
A New God created by Calamity to represent the knowledge gained from Their failures during the reign of the Dragon Tyrant. Resembling a Sphinx, he is believed to hold power over time itself. His wings reveal past decisions made by any who see them, his eyes can see all in the present, and it is also said Honest has a means of perceiving the future as well.
Honest is worshipped as the God of Truth, Justice, and Honor. Many paladins take their oaths in his name to preserve & uphold peace, striving to earn the God's blessing through their acts of mercy & devotion to the most noble of causes. Alas, many of Honest's tenets & teachings have become used & exploited by others for their own selfish gains. The seed of doubt planted in the hearts of so many by the followers of Honest, God of Lies has tainted worship of his principles. Honest's own decision to take the high road in all matters has led many to mock him and his worshippers as weak, gullible fools.
There are some who believe Honest to be the first New God, born at the very beginning of the 2nd Age. This raises some very uncomfortable questions about his status during the Reign of the Dragon Tyrant, however. Due to a lack of evidence, however, this theory is widely dismissed.
