Locket of Serpent's Promise

Legend holds that this locket was gifted by Thabaci to a sorcerer in Lissommoor, one of The Teija. After their transformation they felt they had no need of it.
The locket allows the wearer to cast polymorph once a day (Wisdom Save DC 14). Additionally, the wearer can cast Speak with Animals twice a day, specifically to talk to snakes.
