Chaos Approaching?

Given the approximate timings worked out by historians when it comes to when The First Great Turbulence and The Second Great Turbulence took place, many are extremely concerned that a similar decade of global geographical chaos will begin at the end of 2000SC. Others argue that so little is known about the preceding turbulances, and such little evidence remains as to their timings and events, that these historians, as well as the scholars, seers, and religious figures who warn of an approaching Third Great Turbulence, are catastrophising. Political leaders are especially keen to supress talk of such of an event, to avoid a risk of unrest among their people.
