Following the revelations about Towoosh Ironbite, outrage has continued to build. A rival faction to the Plum Heads, the East Wind, urges a call for elections. Fearing civil unrest, the Plum Heads eventually agree. Shockingly, they win the elections. The East Wind suspect cheating, but since they also fear civil unrest and violence, they don't push further. The Plum Heads finally form a formal council and take power.
