Kingdom of Myier
The Kingdom of Myier is the northern most kingdom in The Drachenreich of Sorvia. Formed in 4697 when the two breakaway kingdoms known as The Kingdom of Eemyier and The Oomyierian Kingdom, settled their differences and agreed to join together against the Northern Dragon Lords. Later to join the Draconreich of Sorvia although some wonder if this was done willingly, Myier is Expansionist and use mercenaries from the barbarian north to supplement their own armies.
History
In the early days of myier the kingdom was caught between their elven overlords and the more barbaric humans to the north however when the heavenfall meteor struck the Nordelf capital creating the heavenfall sea it also causes seismic changes throughout Northern Daemos including the lowlands of Myier to be claimed by the newly created Myiermouth. The Nordelf Empire, too weak and busy dealing with multiple other rebellions simply left the Myierians to their own devices which over time led to them forming their own feudal systems and laws of governance however many of these newly formed duchies and counties soon found themselves under the heel of either one another or a much larger or more powerful neighbour and it was not until 2846 AGD when the Kingdom was united under Wileim De Range I. During this time of independence the Kingdom of Myier would compete with both Lobina and Lefrank for control of the northern sea and again with the latter for control of the valuable woodland area known as the The Long Twin Forests however in 3458 AGD the northern lands of Myier would be under the control of the northern dragon lords and their minions and in little over 2 years later all 3 warring nations would be united under these dragon lords.
When the time came for the kingdoms under the dragon lords to rise up proper Myier joined them united under the Dracnasorvans to banish their overlords.
Age of the Dracnasorvans to Present
The Kingdom of Myier has prospered greatly under the vassalage of the Dracnasorvans having drained the many lakes of the Lower Myiermouth to reclaim much of the lost land and the relationship with the barbarians while rocky at the start of the age with numerous raids from the north has grown amicable and the famous mercenaries of the northern barbarian kingdoms quite often fight on the behalf of the Myrians. However there is growing discontent with her neighbours as both Lobina and Lefrank both refuse to relinquish claims on areas administered by Myier, but it seems codrial relations with the Dracnasorvans has so far kept the peace.
