Construction of the Domes begins on Lxile

A member of the Core Senate brought forth a recommendation to turn the failed terraforming of Lxile into an advantage. As happens in societies, crime was a problem and he suggested a solution instead of having the marr of a prisons on each planet. After being discussed for several years, several construction companies were contracted to begin work on what would become the five massive domes on the planet's surface and the cities within to house captured criminals.
