The Feufre have a strange code of conduct when it comes to factions. They believe that groups promoting older ideals may not initiate conflict with newer ideals and factions. The idea behind this is that new ideas should be given room to grow before they are confronted. The other Gemians mostly don't agree with this code, but they follow it, knowing that calling forth the wrath of all of the Feufre would certainly lead to their down fall.
