Punching an enemy multiple times with these knuckles generates intense heat that is diffused into the target with each following blow.
When you hit with two unarmed strikes in one turn while wearing these, all subsequent unarmed strikes you make before the end of this round deal an extra 1d4 fire damage.
This damage does not stack.
