This wand seems to be made out of crystallized elemental magic that can still be seen whirling around with it. While holding this wand, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition you can use the wand to focus your wild magic energies, challenging the chaos itself.
As a bonus action you can expend one spellslot of the first level or higher.
If you do so, roll on the Wild magic Surge table to create a magical effect.
If that effect is a spell, it is too wild to be affected by your Metamagic and if it normally requires concentration, it doesn't require concentration in this case; the spell lasts for its full duration. After you used this ability, the next time within one minute you deal acid, cold, fire, lightning or thunder damage with a spell, you deal an extra 1d6 of that damage type.
