Detroit Sector
The Detroit Sector is the third most populous sector of the Great Lakes Megalopolis. Before the creation American-Canadian Union (ACU) and before the offical unification of the Megalopolis, Detroit was the largest city on the Amercan-Canadian border.
The Detroit Sector is still regarded as a major cultural center for the creation and performence of music, visible in the many nightclubs and the resurgence of vintage cd shops in the sector. With the 22nd century a second wave of the Detroit native gerne of techno music has swept through the sector, further growing the already active club-scene.

Apex Security
The Law Enforcement and Security provider of the Great Lakes Megalopolis is Apex Security, faceing the difficult task of controlling the crime of the Detroit Sector, as it has the second highest rate of violent crime and third highest rate of homocides within the ACU, which is roughly ten times higher than the national average.
Dragon Tear Syndicate
The Dragon Tear Syndicate is the dominat criminal outfit within the Detroit Sector, having a firm grip on the entire sector and a good hold of the Great Lakes Megalopolis. The syndicate controls the supply of drugs via both smuggle and underworld drug laboratories as well as having a hand in the vast majority of drug deals conducted in the sector. On similar lanes that the syndicate uses to traffick drugs, the syndicate also traffick small arms and ammunition, however unlike other operations the syndicate does not gunrun for economic gain but to exercise power within the Great Lakes Megalopolis.
Tourism
A great attractor of the Detroit Sector is it's vibrant nightlife where Detroits living musical heritage is displayed everyday after dark in the many danceclubs that are dotted through out the sector.
