Forest of Bumidan'Mekar

Geography

Being in the valley of a mountain and covered with high trees, the forest is a perfect strategic bastion for defense against invasions. This added to the wild flora that inhabits the forest makes it an impenetrable fortress.

Ecosystem Cycles

The guardian plants that protect this forest become more aggressive during summer season when they get more sun. This makes them more active and makes it even more dangerous to enter the forest.

Winter is no less dangerous however. The abundance of cold bound predators and thorn storms make it nearly impossible to go through the forest.

Localized Phenomena

Thorn storms are a unique phenomenom that ocurr in the forest on winter season. The fast currents of wind rip the thorns from the vines and trees that grow in the forest. Thorns then fly through the air forming thorn tornados that can pierce even the toughest animals' skins.

Climate

Generally, the temperature in the forest is just fine. It doesn't get to cold during winter nor to hot during summer.

Fauna & Flora

Plants and animals on the forest have adapted to the dangerous enviroment in which they lived and have developed unique skills to survive in this lands. These forest gave birth to unique creatures that can only be found in it's depths.

History

The forest used to be a sanctuary to Ceridwen, The Blinding Beauty. However, during the Magna Bellis the forest became a bunker for scientists due to the advantegous positioning and coverage of the place.
