Isbjørn

The Isbjørn is the line of defense against attack from outer forces. Soldiers from this corps are powerhouses built to withstand the worst of conditions during days. They are comanded by Lady Ondine Belmont, centaur warrior known as the wildhunt rider.

The Isbjørn is the largest formation of the Sølv Vildnis at an outstanding 20000 soldiers.

Equipment

Armed with powerful chain mail and plate (depending on rank), soldiers from the Isbjørn are powerhouses prepared to withstand the hardest of times. Their armors are lightly enchanted to keep their body temperature on the up and up.

Training

Soldiers of the Isbjørn are trained for endurance. Yearly they undertake a test in which they march from Syrendille to Vallen on foot. This exam is taken in turns by battalions so that the capital is never unprotected.

Each battalion has a designed comunications technician who is given a pendant of message. A magical item that allows communication between battalions and allows them to call for aerial backup.

Recruitment

The Isbjørn is the laxest formation in requirements for it's members. When you enter the Sølv Vildnis you are landed in the infantry from the start and then can apply for other formations.

The requirements are beign of age and passing the Sølv Vildnis physical and written exam.
