Captain Jibril Hightower
Captain Jibril is the proud owner and pilot of the Cloudslicer. The ex-pirate worked under the orders of the Ranginian Empire following an arranged contract. She lost her previous crew on an accident and contracted new crew members recently.
The captain went to the city of Port Albens were she was supposed to wait for her associates. She is currently wanted by the guard at Port Albens.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Though not neccesarily strong, the captain is fit and dexterous from the managment of the ship. Though covered in scars, she is healthy.
Facial Features
Jibril has a face covered in freckles and scars from her time at the sea. Her emerald green eyes beautifully suit her darker Vreozarian skin tone. Blond dreadlocks fall from her head onto her shoulders.
Apparel & Accessories
The captain usually dresses in a white shirt and skin-fitted black jeans. Her head usually covered with a red or violet durag and a captain's hat. She sometimes wears an admiral jacket on top. She keeps a bead her brother gave to her adorning her hair at all times.
Specialized Equipment
Jibril carries a cutlass and a flintlock on her person and the bead that adorns her hair gives her protection from damage.

Though the captain used to be a pirate, she now works for the Ranginian empire as a pilot.

Captain Jibril seems to have been a somewhat famous Murderball player some years ago.
Failures & Embarrassments
She failed to overthrow the pirate lord and lost her brother and crew in the process. She longs for the day when she can return to Blackhand island, take down the king and free her brother.

The captain loves coin and sees it as the way to get back at the pirate lord.

The captain is foul-mouthed and hasn't got any sort of knowledge on proper etiquette and manerisms. She isn't very egotistical, however she seems to dislike when people of somewhat good birth bad-mouth her.
