Eathlan Krest
Leader of the self proclaimed New Treskotins, he began gaining popularity after an especially brutal battle deep in the dead lands against an overwhelming army sent by the Devil of the Mountain. He was just a foot soldier, armed with a short sword and a handgun, with some light body armor. Of the 800 men, across 3 units, only 5 survived the attack. 2 of them went mad and jumped in a river to kill themselves after returning home. 2 more were permanently wounded, 1 missing a leg, the other now blind. After this, Krest did nothing but think of ways to push back the forces of the Devil of the Mountain, and conquer the lost continent. With his charisma and persuasiveness, he quickly began to amass a large group of followers. Once he found a wealthy backer from off planet, he was able to begin arming his group in secret, as well as hold more public gatherings, and spread his word across Treskotis. Unbenounced to him, this backer had little interest in doing anything about the lost continent or the attacks from the Devil in the Mountains, at least for now. He was far more concerned with having a leader in his pocket whom he could convince to go to war with the rest of Neternus, giving ample opportunity for the planet to be taken over by the technologically superior forces of Green Tech. in this state of unrest.
For now though, Ivan assists Ethlan in his assent to the throne of Treskotis, dismissing any notion that Eathlan could have been elected as a Seated Lord, and insisting on a violent takeover. After enough pushing, Eathlan began amassing his armed forces near the capitol. Once his supporters from around the country have gathered, he will march, and announce his intentions to take the throne.
