Guild of Administration and Management

Despite having such a bland and unexciting name, the Guild hall of the Guild of adminitration and management is where the testing is held for admission to all of the major guilds and many of the sub guilds. Many travel from far across Pyre Glaa to Pyrexia city where the tests are held. As such, at least twice a month, the entry hall of the building as well as the courtyard where many wait for their test to be held are bustling with young aspirants. Interspersed within the crowd of students and adventurers are always some older practiced fighters, aging scholars, and even some simply skilled farmers and miners hoping to find a place in a guild opening even having failed the tests so many times before. The farmers often have the hardest time as literacy is much lower in the border towns of Pyre Glaa. Sometimes mixed in with the scholars and warriors are those who used to have a place within a guild but were ejected for any number of reason. If they are choosing to test again however, it is most likely they were unable to renew their membership through a dementration of necessity, or were not ejected due to a violation of the law.


Although rarely at the same time or even on the same day as entry exams, this is also where someone may take tests for further certification within their guild, assuming their own guild hall lacks the facilities required for this testing. Held mostly within the basement of the large complex are a vast array of industrial tools capable of creating conditions unable to otherwise be found on Neternus. The most common of these are temperature, preasure, and moisture chambers used for material and product testing. There are also a plethera of devices designed to create specific magical consitions or designed to contain large explosions or unstabe, powerful spells.
