Arimendes / Deceased

Arimendes is a representative in US for the Greek Mafia of homeland. He is considered as a small fish with big and sharp teeth. Sammy theorizes that Arimendes was a vampire long before the milennium and he is well integrated to their society. The events in his penthouse residence is known by many and even people in streets talk about his clan name, Toreador. A name the common does not understand. But Sammy does.
Even though small, it still isn't easy to lead a crime family. Arimendes has his way of dominating people around him with a few words. Also, he is very quick and perceptive. But he has a weakness. When Arimendes finds something he desires, he cannot step back. This could be also related to his clan according to Sammy. This is the source of the Garrett Street problem as he is now obsessed with Lana.
Arimendes' location is known, but the security is tight. He travels a lot, both in Philadelphia and outside. But if he is in town, he will be residing in his residence. At least once a week, he throws a party with his blood pets and friends. These friends could be either mortals with influence or vampires with ties to the mafia families.
