  Two unknown groups clashed in Garrett Street. Witness accounts mention people in a car shooting towards people in a parked car and then fleeing the scene after minor damage to the surroundings.


  Citizens from the neighborhood also witnessed 2 assailants beating and killing a vampire on the street. After the murder, they left the scene with a car. The suspects are a white middle height male and a black giant of a man. There is no information on the other suspects or victims.
