Moloch
Moloch is a mage who runs a lab in Philadelphia. He has a metallic body with a long tail and it is pretty hard to destroy it. In his lab, he experimented on children who became orphans after the rise of UCC.
His operation was compromised by Summer, a child he experimented on, Summer's new master Samuel and Hyenas who went there upon a bounty. Moloch was defeated in the Dream of Summer but did not die.
Powers: Moloch cast spells on the unprotected minds, sent force waves and manipulated the land itself.
