Before second week of January ends, unrest ended in UCC. Rebellious people are either dead, in hiding or submitted to the rule of the new overlords. A new cabinet is formed soon after, under the rule of Derek Lucian's Presidency. There are various representatives of supernatural entities in the cabinet but the vampire majority is clear.

  Before the month ends, the grinding life of mortals started again as the cogs of the state begins turning once again. TV and radios are back as well as internet. But somehow these only have internal connection now. People who somehow managed to have a contact with outside learns that this cataclysm is not worldwide, people still enjoy the protection of the Sun against the night creatures. America is once again alone.

  Major updates to the school curriculum are introduced soon after the schools are reopened. Overhaul in history curriculum as well as the newly adapted Supernatural and Mortal Rights Syllabus are recognized as the success of the detailed planning of the new government.
