  Julio Martinez, a cruel vampire gang leader known as the Butcher in Badlands, is assasinated by armed criminals. The Butcher was responsible for a significant amount of blood trade in Philadelphia. The source of the blood was not known until the day police arrived at the crime scene.


  Numerous bodies were found belonging to the suspected members of the Butcher's gang.


  Police also received a video from an anonymous source, showing a vehicle leaving the crime scene. The driver was identified as Maynard Birdie. In the video, he was announcing himself as the perpetrator of the assassination. It was also seen that he was trying to provoke the local people into a rebellion. Other people in the car could not be identified.


  After the incident, UCC put a Dead or Alive bounty on the suspected criminal's head.


  This assasination is the first major crime linked to the terrorist group known as Hyenas.
