  A recently formed terrorist cell, were seen close to a small village north of Philadelphia. Witnesses saw an openly armed and dangerous looking man, in the old centre of the town and immediately informed the authorities.


  Before the police arrive, the suspect vanished. The earthquake, which happened roughly at the same time, delayed the local police force and summoned PPD officers significantly.


  There were also reports of a shootout at the outskirts of the town. After a thorough investigation, police found 4 corpses, shot by unknown assailants and later driven into the river.


  PPD announced that the potential assailants are part of an ongoing investigation at the moment and no further comments can be made due to the details being highly classified.
