POTUS was attacked after his visit to the largest military drill in US east coast. The explosion was so strong that the shockwave shattered the windows and destroyed electrical wires in several miles. Luckily, the terrorists missed their target by minutes but many of the US army's generals were killed on the spot.

Two days later, a physically and mentally battered Lucian went live and promised revenge against the aggressors.

Many believe the attack was orchestrated by Chinese but no evidence against them was unearthed to this day.
