Gnoll
Gnolls are humanoids with the features of Hyenas, having skinny fast legs yet strong bulky torsos for fighting. They are native to Japrillon, at first being primitive warrior tribes, before uniting more cohesively after the giant HELIX fleet crashed giving them a wealth of technology and junk to salvage. Although they are still driven into the jagged mountains and tend to hide between valleys and caves, they still come out to hijack trade caravans or kidnap unsuspecting travellers. Their scavenging runs are done in large herds under darkness, making the scrap wastes dangerous at night.
