The Best Swordsman used to be a full time Mercenary before creating his own Guild. He is the Guild Master of Grass Roots Guild and is the Ranked No.4 under the Giga Ranking System.
Appearance:
The Best Swordsman has the appearance of a classic senior samurai, he had grey hair and light facial hair. He Wears sleeveless black armor with fish scaled vest armor with fur on the collar underneath and black long sleeved shirt underneath it all. He wears black pants with wrappings around his left thigh, black leather hero belt wrapped in green clothes around his midsection. Additionaly he also wears black gloves and boots with white markings.
Personality:
The Best Swordsman is an extremely laid-back man, kind and easy-going person who has great interest and utter faith in his teammates and their development. He is a big proponent of team work and always wants his fellow teammates to succeed. This attitude extends to his allies as he is more than happy to help an ally in need. Even in extremely tense situations, he manages to retain his composure almost all the time. He rarely bad mouths other people and that even includes people he is at odds with. He tends to analyse the situation at hand before rushing to conclusion and a lot of the time does not aggressively pick a position. Whenever The Best Swordsman is in deep thought he tends to cup his chin with the thumb and index finger of his left hand. The Best Swordsman does have a goofy side to him which leads to him being mocked by those close to him. He has a problem with dating women. He is over 30 and has never had a real girlfriend. Whenever his hands or wrists are held by a woman, his face becomes flush which can lead to an embarrassing situation for him such as tripping over himself.

The Best Swordsman was Ham's temporary teacher. As fellow swordsmen, both have a good enough respect for the other. In Master Swordsman's case, he glad she and Dark are with Jeff. As favour to Heart Heater, The Best Swordsman was happy to train Ham. She agreed to introduce him to a few girls on a blind date if he taught her.
History
The Best Swordsman and Choco Bibi were both in Zara Guild. Both of them joined the Grass Roots Guild after Zara's Guild disbanded. Both of them like making fun of each other, Choco Bibi joking about The Best Swordsman's inability to be close to females and The Best Swordsman stealing Choco Bibi's lollipops.

At some point in the past, Heart Heater did something for Master Swordsman which led to Master Swordsman owing him something.

The Best Swordsman and Tempest relationship go way back when they were both in the Zara Guild. Tempest joined The Best Swordsman along with some of the remnants of the Zara Guild to join Grass Roots Guild. Despite Tempest's cold nature, he respects The Best Swordsman and refers to him as brother.

The Best Swordsman took Drip Soup under his win and has been a mentor of sorts for the younger Swordsman. Drip Soup is amazed at "The Best Hyung's" combat ability and aims to be as strong as him in the way of the sword. rip Soup makes fun of The Best Swordsman for his problems with women, particularly when it comes to dating and recruiting new guild members. Drip Soup still holds him in the highest regard.

Wheat Field View respects The Best Swordsman. She showed a bit of discontent with The Best Swordsman for constantly going on about how strong Jeff was when he was Ranked No.1.
