Clan Mother

Clan Mother is a traditional role of elder matriarch women within certain Native American clans, who was typically in charge of appointing tribal chiefs.
Clan Mothers often have the power to enhance Scions of their pantheon. They can also enhance artifacts or reduce the powers of any artifacts, but have more of an effect on artifacts within their own pantheon.
