Buyers

Players may browse the marketplace and purchase items for Astrals or Carbon Shards. It is important to pay attention to the item being purchased, its statistics, as well as its ability to be used or equipped by the buyer. The marketplace or seller is not responsible for a buyer purchasing something they cannot use due to being underleveled or not having the proper skills, etc.
Once purchased, the listed sale price will be deducted from the buyer’s account and the item will be transferred to their Transmission Center inbox. When an item has been transferred through the market, it automatically becomes Bound to the buyer and may not be traded again.

Buying For Carbon Shards

All players can purchase items through the Black Market for Astrals, however some items are only available from sellers for Carbon Shards. To purchase an item for Carbon Shards, a player must link a valid credit card to their account. When purchasing a premium item through the market for Carbon Shards, a conversion fee of $0.005 per Shard traded will be charged to the credit card on file.
Buyers are made aware of the total costs and fees involved when purchasing these items and will be asked to confirm before the item is listed.
An example purchase for an item through the Black Market might look like this:

• A buyer wants to purchase an item they find listed for 500 Carbon Shards.
• To transfer the Carbon Shards to the seller’s account, a conversion fee of $0.005 per Shard traded is charged to the Buyer’s credit card on file. Since the sale price is 500 Carbon Shards, the seller would be charged $2.50
• The buyer would then receive the item sent to their Transmission Center inbox.
