Conclave of the Fleet

The Conclave of the Fleet is an annual meeting of the Tideborne Tribe on the Black Loch. It is the one time of the year most of the tribe can be found in one place rather than scattered across the Loch, meeting at the ruins of Skatha's Rest on Cairnhollow Isle.
