Skatha's Rest

Skatha's Rest is a ruined (though still usable) building on Cairnhollow Isle in the Black Loch. It is the meeting site for a yearly event celebrated by the Tideborne Tribe called the Conclave of the Fleet, where the captains and crews of the tribe's many ships meet to discuss their plans for the next year (and drink). It is the only time of the year that most of the tribe can be found in one location.
