Haven City

Haven City is a highly influential city-state and one of the largest settlements on Nexus. It is built around the Moonflow River, the only major waterway in the region with access to the sea. Haven City's location means that merchants from many inland nations must come here if they wish to sell their goods to countries beyond the sea. This results in a great number of taxed goods running through the city's waters, bringing in an immense amount of wealth for the ruling nobles and merchants, as well as the providing opportunities for profit to less savory citizens.
