Siege Crabs

Siege crabs are not a natural animal but rather the result of breeding projects conducted by the Bluescale Empire, created though a mixture of arcane and divine magic. While they resemble conventional crabs, these colossal crustaceans are large enough to easily shear through armor and bring down walls with their massive strength. Though they are omnivores, siege crabs prefer a diet of meat and are more easily kept controlled when given their food of choice. Controlling the siege crabs is the most difficult part of raising them; typically, it requires mind controlling enchantment magic that is tied to a magic circlet, whose wearer can control the corresponding crab.
