Tower Library

The Tower Library is a former wizard's tower that now serves are Haven City's largest public library. It was originally the home of a wizard dedicated to education who willed his tower to the city for use as a library after his death. While it has been heavily renovated since then, it is not the easiest place to get around and requires visitors who lack wings or the right magic to climb ladders to move between floors.
