Wang
Wang was a small spirit created by the god Dumathoin for the purpose of locating the Quintus Gems. He lived inside the magical Seeking Stone, placed by Dumathoin in the tomb where the Barrel Boys found it along with the Black Quintus Gem. Wang has an energetic and animated personality, which was good seeing as he cannot speak and has to mime his messages to his comrades.
There seemed to be limits on Wang's power as he was not initially able to sense all of the Quintus Gems. Truthfully, Dumathoin was influencing Wang to ensure the Barrel Boys would not go seeking the gems in more dangerous locations before they were ready. And so, the little spirit served as the group's compass as they began to collect the gems one by one. But the Barrel Boys were not the only ones with an interest with Wang.
Myster E was typically the one to carry around Wang's Seeking Stone. During one of the Barrel Boys visits to Stane's black market, the illicit goods dealer warned them that many monsters had broken free during the battle at the underground arena and now roamed the sewers. Wanting to make sure the area near the shop was safe, Myster E decided to scout around while his comrades finished their business with Stane.
During this time, he spotted two individuals he mistook for a pair of adventurers battling an otyugh and assisted them with killing the creature. Unknown to him, they were in fact tracking the Seeking Stone. As the trio walked through the sewer and battled a gelatinous cube, Mira pickpocketed the Seeking Stone without Myster E noticing. He didn't realize Wang was gone until days later, now miles away from the thieves with no way to track them. But Wang had already marked their map with the locations of the remaining Quintus Gems, so the Barrel Boys decided to press on without the little spirit.
In the Morlocks possession, Levira used Wang to track down the shards of the shattered Purple Quintus Gem. Wang pointed the way to Rhith's mansion and the Morlocks were able to defeat the alhoon and claim the (mostly) reforged Purple Quintus Gem for themselves, kicking off the events that would take place in the Kingdom of Lothal 30 years later.
With no more use for Wang, the Morlocks left him to his own devices while they headed home. Though the little spirit tried to reunite himself with the Barrel Boys, he was unable to do so as they kept moving faster than he was able to through their newly learned teleportation magic. Wang's whereabouts remain unknown today.
